The Application Support Center handles biometrics only (fingerprints, photos, digital signatures). Your immigration interview will be at the Charleston USCIS Field Office at 1821 Sam Rittenberg Blvd — about ½ mile away on the same road.

Before Your Appointment
- The ASC is NOT the same as the Charleston USCIS Field Office — it is about ½ mile away on the same road.
- Walk-ins are generally not accepted without prior approval or emergency situations.
- Your immigration interview will be at the Field Office (1821 Sam Rittenberg), not at the ASC.

What You Should Know
- Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Appointments are scheduled by USCIS — you cannot schedule your own biometrics appointment.
- The process typically takes 15-30 minutes.
- No personal items or large bags — leave them in your car.

- Free parking available in the shopping center lot directly in front of the ASC.
- The ASC is located in a strip mall — look for Suites 5-7.
