Biometrics experience was top notch, ladies were friendly and made me laugh esased my anxiety 10/10 :)
It was a very wonderful experience for my naturalization interview. The staff are so good and very cooperative i feel very homely with all procedures and interview. I am thankful to all of them.
The absolute worst answering machine that does not in fact understand full sentences. Took me 2 hours one time to get 5 minutes of information. The people are lovely.
They sniff and spy all over the world and despite they are hiding in their place they have centers allover the world, so they will be sued specially their satellites all over the world . Thanks Snowden , a hero .
It's supposed to take them aprox. 5 months to issue a residence card, It took them 10, They failed to inform me properly how to get an extension, I went there with no pics for that extension that was close to expire by the time I got the residence card, they inflict a great deal of stress on people unnecessarily, and I wish I could rate them at 0.
