The absolute worst answering machine that does not in fact understand full sentences. Took me 2 hours one time to get 5 minutes of information. The people are lovely.

They sniff and spy all over the world and despite they are hiding in their place they have centers allover the world, so they will be sued specially their satellites all over the world . Thanks Snowden , a hero .

It's supposed to take them aprox. 5 months to issue a residence card, It took them 10, They failed to inform me properly how to get an extension, I went there with no pics for that extension that was close to expire by the time I got the residence card, they inflict a great deal of stress on people unnecessarily, and I wish I could rate them at 0.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
