This West Palm Beach USCIS Office stands out throug its professionalism and great organization In all fairness, it should have been ONLY 5 stars reviews for this field office From the moment you enter their building, you are being greeted by the security guards which are extremely professional + efficient + courteous Very well organized staff and humble and down to Earth Officer Milton Torres has conducted our interview and he was very professional and carrying Highly recommend this USCIS field office and their entire hard working staff
My experience was very good. Officer Kenneth L. was extremely kind, and everyone at the entrance was also very friendly and welcoming. Overall, every officer I interacted with was polite and helpful, which made the entire visit pleasant.
Our appointment was at 12:45 pm. They called us in at 4:30pm. After listening to all the people crying, asking for a supervisor, bla bla.. every excuse in the book, kids yelling, running around screaming. Absolute worst experience possible.. they saw people before us that had appointments at 2pm, 3pm etc.. lady that finally saw us was actually nice tho.. but the order and staff are absolutely useless. FyI bring snacks or nyquil for your little mistakes(kids)
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Officer , T was a wonderful person during my citizenship interview. I was very nervous, but she completely calmed me down. The interview was quick, clear, and precise. I truly appreciate her professionalism and kindness. Thank you!
My experience the other day at the West Palm Beach field office was very pleasant. I was very nervous as many people are. My attorney had warned me that some of the people doing the interview were not always very friendly. Everyone, from the security guards to the young lady conducting my interview could not have been nicer. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and the wait to be called in was not long. The entire interview took no more than 30 minutes. As I said, the lady conducting my interview was very nice, professional and put me at ease. I hope everyone else has as good an experience as I did.
