I was sharing this experience with a few of my colleagues in our customer experience department at work that I was super impressed with how the Tucson USCIS have designed their progress to be so customer friendly and customer centric. People come here with a lot if questions, concerns, tensed situations. But the staff do an awesome job in pricing a great experience with their patience and professionalism which is complimented by well designed processed and polices. Great job Tucson USCIS!!
