I went for an appointment for adjustment of status with my husband in the Tucson office. Everyone working there is very professional and treated us with respect. Officer Urena did our interview. She was very thorough, knowledgeable, competent, extremely experienced and understand the implications of her job. We are very grateful Tucson immigration office have people of her caliber working. I got my green card a few days later

I was sharing this experience with a few of my colleagues in our customer experience department at work that I was super impressed with how the Tucson USCIS have designed their progress to be so customer friendly and customer centric. People come here with a lot if questions, concerns, tensed situations. But the staff do an awesome job in pricing a great experience with their patience and professionalism which is complimented by well designed processed and polices. Great job Tucson USCIS!!
