The receptionist was welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. My interviewing officer was extremely professional, patient, and genuinely kind. She explained everything clearly and made the experience comfortable.

I had a positive experience at the USCIS Field Office in Tampa for my naturalization interview. Parking was easy to find, and after going through security I was greeted by a very polite and welcoming receptionist who immediately put me at ease. I was given a number and waited in the waiting area, which was fairly crowded. My interview started about 10 minutes past the scheduled time and lasted around 30 minutes. Everyone I interacted with was professional, courteous, and efficient. After the interview, I was scheduled for the oath ceremony, which took place within 90 minutes. From what I observed, they hold two oath ceremonies a day. Overall, the process was smooth and well managed.
