My biometrics went great yesterday! The security officers were very friendly (6stars for them). I got there earlier than my appointment time and since I was the only applicant, they assisted me immediately. The whole process took only 5minutes. Everyone is very accommodating.

Parking along the street wasn't too difficult to find when I had to go, luckily. Paid parking along the street, I think it was $1 or $2 per hour via a ticket machine nearby that accepts credit/debit card along with cash. Place was easy to find, I got in straight away since I had an appointment, went out the back to get processed and get fingerprints taken and I was done. Barely spent 10 minutes in there, super efficient and helpful staff.

Awful. Horrible, rude and disrespectful staff. Very unpleasant experience. Been here a few times, and every single time my family and I were uncomfortable due to the hostile environment. Employees seriously need to learn some manners. The supervisor that called us in, whose name I didn't catch, but he was a white mid aged guy, was extremely disrespectful to my family. Very disappointed at how he and other staff treated us. Expect a formal complaint if this happens again.

Very fast! We had an appointment at 9:00 for fingerprints and pictures to be taken. I parked at 8:40 and walked out the building at 9:05! Unexpectedly fast!
