The 3 stars are for my Interviewer who by the way was amazing I studied alot before the interview and I was fully prepared, I ended up passing both civics and whriting test but the interviewer was like “am going to fail or denie you a citizenship because your American husband don't work for the government outside the states which by the way he does work for the government current stationed in Bahrain “and to top it up ,one of the co-workers also hard citizenship interview on different state (WC) while mine was held on washing state . On the same month and to be precise they got a citizenship without any difficulties, but my Interviewer was like”your company don’t work for the government you have to prove they does !.which I deed and they ended up Denning it .

It’s almost funny to see reviews here, specially the negative ones. USCIS is THE ONE who choses where you must go for your biometrics, interview, etc. You don’t even choose dates and hours to show up. Even if you reschedule your appointment you still don’t get to pick the date and hour. I mean, leaving a review will not give anyone an option to choose which office to go 😂Beautiful building🥰

Everyone is polite and helpful. My citizenship interview with officer Keymer was extraordinary. I was very blessed to be interviewed by keymer.🙂

Absolutely trash. Went there to give my biometrics & i saw the fingerprints were collected successfully. However they failed to correctly send the data over & my biometrics were never received on the other end because of which my application got rejected. Absolutely poor service.

Everyone is polite and helpful. My citizenship interview officer Keymer is extraordinary. I was very blessed to be approved and welcomed by such a caring, professional and helpful officer on the journey to becoming a US citizen. Thank you, Mr. Keymer. You are a true exemplary civil servant!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
