Ample parking and no line at security. (Note: The security guards want to see some sort of proof if you're not a CA-licensed lawyer w/out a BAR card.) Shout out to Officer Lincoln who conducted my clients (couple) interview. He was very efficient, likable and professional! It gives me hope and confidence when I see USCIS officers who know what they're doing ;) - W/ gratitude (From a former ISO)

Very kind staff and officers. Helped me with an urgent appointment to get an ADIT stamp for emergency travel.

Our family visited office for I-485 interview. The staff was excellent—professional, efficient, and genuinely kind. It was a stressful situation, but their humane approach made the entire process much smoother. I'm very grateful for their outstanding service.

I really appreciate the professionalism of the USCIS staff working here. However, my issue is with one of the front desk employees. I was with my wife as she was going through to her appointment, since she didn't speak English well, when the guy started yelling at me "hey hey" in a sharp voice showing utterly rude manners (as a way to tell me I was not allowed to go inside with her). Apparently such people have not learned how to address others in a civilized way. They might also think that being in a position of power, no matter how minimal, gives them the right to treat people however they like.

Extremely police, welcoming and fast customer service. Although I was forgotten to bring my green card and had to first check in with department supervisor and then start normal steps, all the fingerprints process from entrance check (the minutes I walked in and wait for check in) it to the last step (leaving the building) took less than 20 minutes. (I would say around 15 minuets).

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
