I cannot express how grateful my wife and I are for our experience at this office today. From the very beginning, the security officers were professional and respectful, which helped set a calm tone for a very stressful day. We had our green card interview with Officer J. Rios, and she was truly amazing. We walked in feeling incredibly nervous and overwhelmed due to some recent personal hardships, but Officer Rios was kind, patient, and deeply understanding. She immediately put us at ease and made the entire process feel comfortable rather than like an interrogation. She took the time to listen to our story, helped us organize our thoughts. She turned a high-stress situation into a positive memory for our family. If you are lucky enough to have Officer Rios, know that you are in the hands of someone who is not only professional but also has a great heart. Thank you for your service and your kindness!

Our officer Tanya was super nice, helpful and awesome. We were anxious coming in but we left reassured, and with great news! The whole front staff was also really nice.

I had to bring my 6yo profoundly autistic 6yo daughter for my interview, As soon as we got in the door my daughter started having very loud meltdowns, from the second that happened i thought we would have a problem & have to leave by been such a big disturbance to everyone there but right away security officers came and helped us out so much, they helped us be seen right away & our interviewer was amazing & understanding,They even brought a huge box of toys for my girls to keep them occupied during interview. Something that started out so stressful turned into something amazing to watch a team come together and help us the way they did i couldnt be more grateful to all the officers & staff here. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all your did to make this as least stressful as possible.

I accompanied my 77-year-old mother to her interview at the USCIS San Antonio Field Office, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was kind, professional, and genuinely eager to help. I was especially nervous due to my mother’s current memory loss, but she did surprisingly well and she passed her citizenship test. I truly believe this was due to the calm, friendly, and compassionate approach of the officer who interviewed her. I believe his name was L. Vasquez. He made the entire process feel easy and stress-free for my mother, showing patience, understanding, and respect throughout. After the interview, my mother had nothing but kind words for him and the entire staff. She was genuinely surprised by how helpful and professional everyone was and kept expressing how comfortable she felt during the process. Kudos to all the employees at the USCIS San Antonio Field Office, and special thanks to Mr. Vasquez. You truly have a calling to help others, and your compassion makes a meaningful difference.

We had our marriage-based green card interview at this location, and the experience was wonderful. The officer was incredibly kind and polite, making us feel comfortable throughout the process. The security staff were also welcoming and sweet. The entire staff was courteous, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. The location itself was spotless and well-maintained. We were brought in right on time for our appointment, and the entire process was fast and efficient. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are very grateful for the professionalism and warmth of everyone there🇺🇸🙏🥳

You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
