Fast and easy. Staff is very serious but are kind. Just make sure not to use your phone in there or you'll get scolded.
I have visited here three times in support of a citizenship application, and each time the process was quick and efficient. The Middle Eastern security gentleman, mentioned in several other reviews, was actually quite genial - granted, we just brought in our documents, ID, and cell phones. The gentleman officiating the citizenship ceremony kept things interesting and humorous and was very accommodating to family members wanting to take photos. There were new citizens from countries ranging from Afghanistan to Vietnam. Fantastic experience all around!
#Disrespectful # Non-professional security guard #Insincerity #Poor support #Very Disappointing It looks like the office works well a couple of years ago based on the reviews. I don't know what happened to them recently but they don't know how to run the office. It's a waste of giving them even one star. I met three aged Latino security guards. They didn't know how to help people's concerns. They only said and showed the attitude like 'No' & 'I don't know, that's non of my business.' I wonder why they only have a security place and don't have any place like the front desk/ information desk that people can talk to staff members.
For those wondering where to park. There is free parking at the back of the building. It is covered parking and the entrance is located on the south side. There's parking on the street from 8am to 6pm with time limit of 2 hours. Hope this helps.
Me and my husband have been filing for my permanent residence and finally got our interview. We didn't have to wait very long to be seen and the interview was sweet and short. Our officer was polite, direct and really enjoyed talking to him even though I was very nervous. All the security at the entrance were very kind as we went through the metal detectors and made us feel very welcome as well as the staff at the desk. Thank you for making our visit quick, easy and very pleasant.
