Nothing but good things to say about this location. From walking in the building to my appointment, every person working here was exceptionally kind.

Staff very nice took us in 4hrs early, quick and easy for biometrics. The two staff working are great, nicest people i have ever meet at a gov building

Their automated phone system is broken as you cannot get a real person. The automated system keeps you in this continuous loop of asking for information then wants to send you a link to email or text, and you never get a chance to speak with anyone. How can you get what you need if your website and your phone system don't work properly?

I had an appointment here to address a concern with my wife’s green card and I had the pleasure of being assisted by a woman named Samantha. I believe she might have been rather new since she mentioned something about training but she was absolutely fantastic! Samantha went above and beyond to address our concerns and even took the time to correct issues that we didn’t know we had, and were unrelated to our appointment. As soon as she pulled up our file, she identified each individual problem that we had and quickly fixed them. After nearly 6 months of being in limbo, Samantha resolved everything in a matter of minutes! My wife and I can finally sleep peacefully knowing that we no longer have problems with her permanent residency status. And it’s all thanks to Samantha!

Went there today for biometric appointment. Everyone starting from security and including people in the office were extremely nice and helpful ! I showed up 40 minutes earlier than my actual appointment, had no problem with getting in , and actually was done earlier than expected. Total waiting time since I entered the office until I was done was no more than 20 minutes!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
