This is not the biometrics center any more. I went there for my bio metrics since my appointment letter had this address and I was told they don’t it anymore since Dec 2025. The new address is 17112 SE Powell Boulevard Portland 97236
Security found a small pocket knife on my keychain with my keys that I forgot about. Kudos to them as being retired USAF I appreciate the importance of their job. I felt stupid but they were professional the entire time. Well done folks! Keep up the good work.
I had my biometrics appointment yesterday and the service was very friendly and efficient. The whole process took about 9 minutes. Very impressed!
Got there late due to accident that stopped traffic for at least 45minutes. However they still let me in and proceeded with my appointment. Loved their efficiency and friendliness from entrance to exit. Staff is friendly.
Great USCIS Office! Check in was fast and there were not many people when I got there. Don’t forget to take your metal hair clip off, I did! That’s why the Walk through metal detector beeped. Security did their job of double checking in a very professional and polite manner. . Biometrics employees were exceptionally helpful, I was very happy with the way they handled the process. Since I had my drivers license with my maiden last name, and I didn’t have my marriage license with me , only the marriage certificate the gentleman that was working that day was able to get online, therefore he could verify my last name as a married person.( Now I have my new drivers license with my married name)! Thank you for going the extra mile to help me. Especially living so far away from the office and rehabbing from knee surgery. And the lady that did my finger prints was a sweetheart… Professional, with a warm personality.Very nice lady. Ps:My appointment was a month ago. Thank you so much for providing such a great experience:)🙏
