Robot on the phone is absolutely horrible. I had to search up what to say to get past it because it will just hang up on you. If you are like me and want to talk to a real person say, "update contact information" and then "I don't have a receipt number"

Amazing staff conducting themselves with such care yet assuring the safety and professionalism for all. The education and explanation of the process to us as witnesses and the new citizens of the United States was very thorough and filled with care. Everyone saying the pledge of the Allegiance at the end of the swearing in ceremony made me proud to be an AMERICAN! THANK YOU!

Not only did they go above and beyond for me but while I was there waiting I witnessed the best service for everyone that entered. From people with appointments and those without. All People where treated with dignity, professionalism , compassion and humour. The staff even made calls for people who were missing letters for their appointments and even took the time to explain which forms and explained the questions in forms ( not an easy task with language barriers) Well done! Keep up the good work!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
