I submitted my N400 application along with N648 and i912 forms to the USCIS Arizona Service Center on April 9, 2024. The package was delivered safely and signed for by a USCIS representative, as confirmed by USPS tracking (tracking number provided). I appreciate the prompt receipt and processing of my application and hope USCIS continues to handle immigration cases efficiently."

Very good experience. This is how every government office should be. I was there for my biometrics appointment for form. I 485. Everyone was nice. Easy process, fast and effective. Thank you to everyone working here.

Good God allmighty, its no wonder so many immigrants just decide to work under the table!!! Inneffciency at its finest. We are no longer trying to get legal work papers for my wife. She will work illigally under me so we will save tax dollars that should have gone to the government. I guess a big thank you to mr trump is in order for saving us tax dollars!

I went there to assist my mom with attending her biometrics appointment on 06.18.25 and we were treated with absolute friendliness. From the security guards to the receptionist and the woman who assisted with the biometrics. They treated us with care and respect while also making sure the whole process was easy on us!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
