Plenty of parking outside 2 hours parking and there is a parking lot a cross the street only 20 dollars not a crowded place. My only concern is the security upstairs in waiting room to take your interview I wish he was more professional, yelling don’t solve any issues. It’s because my daughter was playing and running around a bit was a big deal which I end up leaving and staying the street with my 1 and half year daughter.other than that on 2/23/2024 I’ll like to Thank you Officer for the interview thank you for being professional and one of a kind . You did put a smile on my wife’s face.thank you for taking your time and correcting my wife’s name. if there is ppl like you in this world the world will be a better place.

My husband and I visited on a Wednesday this month. We followed the instructions in the comments and parked our car next to the building for $20. We arrived about half an hour before our interview time. The security guards were friendly. After seeing my husband’s shirt with “UFC” on it, they started talking about it. After all our belongings were scanned, they asked to see our appointment letter along with a photo ID. We then went to the second floor by stairs (also have elevator you can use). We sat near a covered window and waited to be called. We waited until around 12:30 p.m. The officer called us and led us through the building to the interview room. It was a quiet and pleasant office with four folding chairs and a desk. The officer invited us to sit and then sat across from us. The officer was polite and asked straightforward questions. After the interview, the officer escorted us to the exit. Whole experience was really smooth and nice! Thanks for all your work

*UPDATE* On 11/4/2025 I attended my naturalization ceremony. Consistent with my first review, the entire staff at USCIS Philadelphia were professional, efficient, courteous, and very supportive. I couldn't be happier with my experience. There were about 53 people from 26 different countries being sworn in. The ceremony was very moving and included the national anthem, the naturalization oath, the pledge of allegiance, and a congratulatory video from the President. The video by the President was very inspirational and highlighted the importance of being an American. I was impressed by how smooth and organized the event was thanks to the hard work of the USCIS officers, staff and security personnel. Thank you for making this experience memorable. God Bless America, My Home Sweet Home 🇺🇸 *************************************** The entire staff, security officers, and USCIS officers were very respectful and professional. I was there within 30 minutes of my naturalization interview, checked-in at the front desk, and was called by the USCIS officer within 5 minutes of sitting in the waiting room. The officer who interviewed me explained each step of the process before starting. The whole interview took about 10 minutes and the officer congratulated me after finishing the process. I received my appointment for the naturalization ceremony immediately after the interview (i.e., electronically via the USCIS website) and on paper (via USPS mail) within 3 business days. I will attend my oath ceremony in a few weeks and plan to post an update about my experience.

I attended my very first swearing in ceremony for a family member who was becoming an American Citizen. While I had no idea what to expect, I can say that I was very pleased with everything that happened. There is ample parking directly across the street and the two attendants in the lot could not have been more pleasant and helpful. When we went inside the building to go through security, it was quick, there was no frustration or rudeness and all agents handling security were informative, pleasant and helpful - although I did not anticipate removing my shoes - wish I had socks! We were kept informed while waiting and when it came time to enter the area where the Candidates would be sworn in, the transfer from the waiting room to the ceremony room was organized and quick. I cannot say enough about the ceremony itself! All Candidates had small American Flags and information about the ceremony. It started with the Star Bangled Banner, a short speech about the ceremony itself and the importance of becoming an American Citizen, the Oath, a recorded congratulatory message from President Trump, the Pledge of Allegiance and American the Beautiful. Everyone received their Certificates individually which added to the happiness of all the family and friends in attendance since it was a great photo opportunity! When the ceremony concluded, all were given ample time to take photos with the multitude of American Flags and set up photo areas which included a large poster-sized board of the Statue of Liberty, Flags, etc. It was so great to see American Pride shown by the Candidates and those family and friends in attendance. It was a great job by all staff! I am so proud of my family member for becoming an American Citizen and seeing her pride and happiness when she received her Certificate. Thank you to all for making it such a memorable day!
