I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the USCIS team for the excellent service I received. From the beginning of the process, I was treated with kindness, respect, and a high level of professionalism, which provided confidence and peace of mind during such an important procedure. I would like to give special recognition to the officer who assisted me; I do not remember her name, but she is of Russian origin. She was extremely courteous, clear in her explanations, and highly professional at all times. Her respectful, patient, and humane approach made the entire experience much more positive and comfortable. It is evident that the USCIS team is committed to providing quality service, formality, and professionalism. I felt well guided and properly assisted throughout the entire process. Thank you very much for your excellent work and for providing such a high standard of service. Without a doubt, a very positive and commendable experience.

I had my citizenship interview today and I have to say the process was very easy. My interview was toward the very end of the day, so there was no-one in line. I went straight through security and was signed in very quickly. I was called in before my appointment time and I cannot say enough good things about the officer who conducted my interview. I believe his name is Officer Gonzales. With all the negative news about Immigration lately I was a little anxious because I didn't know what to expect but the officer couldn't have been kinder. He immediately put me at ease, he was very professional but very kind and empathetic. He obviously enjoys his job and it shows. I am looking forward to oath ceremony and I hope it is at this facility.

Nice, clean, and open. Well organized considering it's a government office. The staff are friendly as well. Wouldn't say I recommend this place since if you have to come, you don't have a choice but I think if there's a place that you HAVE to be at this place is pretty comfortable.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
