Took my friend today For His Oath Ceremony And Everyone Was helpful And super Nice. From the security Guards And Over all every employee. Made it feel safe And comfortable
would like to sincerely thank you for your respect, humanity, and professionalism during my appointment. I also want to tell everyone: do not listen to the rumors circulating on social media. When you have an appointment with ICE or USCIS, you must always go. I was afraid too. Some friends advised me not to go, but I chose to trust the system — and it was the right decision. The officers welcomed me with respect and helped me move forward with my case. What I experienced in my country is something I would not wish even on my worst enemy. I cannot afford to miss my appointment. These appointments and this process represent my life, as all my hope and future depend on them.
Had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the Newark office today. Everyone from the security officers at the entrance, to the staff behind the desk, to our immigration agent, officer Tyndale, were super polite, welcoming and pleasant to deal with, which I wasn’t expecting tbh!
I went to the USCIS LOCATION to represent a client at their marriage-based interview . Security check was smooth. The security guards were really nice and welcoming. Once we got upstairs om the 14th floor we gave the notice document that confirmed the appointment and then provided our ID’s to the officer to check our identities. We were there from 8:15 am to 10 am
Pleasant environment and pleasant people . Staff members are nice and polite. I wish government facilities would always be on the same level of professionalism as this one .
