My husband and I had an interview with Visa officer last Friday, but we forgot her name ( officer Antonio? ) We really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. She was so thoughtful that she provided children’s books and a few toys to our grandson. We wish her all the best!

I’m very grateful to Officer Charles for her professionalism, kindness, and supportive attitude during my citizenship interview. She made me feel calm despite how emotional and stressful the moment was for me. She was respectful, understanding, and asked all questions clearly and professionally. I don’t understand why there are negative reviews—my experience was excellent. Officer Charles did her job perfectly and with great integrity. I truly believe she’s an outstanding officer who cares about her work and her country. Also, thank you to the director for the touching speech at the end—it brought tears to my eyes. And thanks to everyone who was part of the process, from the entrance to the final steps. It was a long and emotional journey, and I’m deeply thankful. Volha Atroshenka

Not sure why a particular officer had bad reviews here but she was very professional to us. The director gave a very good and motivated speech at the ceremony. Security guards at the front were efficient and professional. I've been in this location 3 separate times and all went well.

Today i was at this location for my naturalization test and i had the most rudest immigration officer. I don’t remember her name but she was an African American, female, in her 50s. She belittled me, make me feel like an idiot, totally unwelcome and she made me cry. I got my citizenship, but she ruined my naturalization ceremony and the entire day. At my first interview, for green card , 3 years ago, i had a different officer and she was super nice. This lady should not be working with people.

I visited this office for my civics test and interview for citizenship, it was a pleasure the three security officers that was the first point of contact they were very polite and professional. Asked for our letters and ID and wished us the best. Officer Dyson conducted my interview, he was very professional and explained the process. I did not feel rushed or pressured. It was a great experience for me for something that is so important. The staff that did the ceremony was very nice. Overall it was an awesome experience. Thank you officer Dyson!!
