Visitor Experiences — 4.5/5 on Google
Recent experiences at this office, sourced from Google. Showing 5 of 97 reviews.
It's been over 5 years since we sent our petition to remove conditions for my wife's green card. We are still waiting. It still says "within normal processing times" after 5 years. We can't get a hold of any actual person to speak to and we can't get any answers other than the aforementioned quotes from the automated "help". It would have been much easier to just crossed illegally.
Had a green card interview here. Everyone was nice and polite. The security guard and immigration officer were very kind. Job well done thank you. I don't give out alot of 5 star reviews but this place deserves 10 star if there was a option.
A PERFECT experience! We live in Wisconsin but was scheduled for the Minneapolis Office. My Mom went to take her civics test, and I went to translate for her when needed. The security guards were very polite and gave us clear directions. The check in desk was quick and pleasant. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes before our number was called. Our interviewer, Walton, was the nicest person ever! We were nervous but our stress eased quickly as he was very friendly as well as professional. He explained the procedure clearly, was patient with my Mom who doesn't speak English fluently and answered all questions we had. It felt more like a good conversation than a test or interview. When my Mom passed, he immediately smiled and congratulated us with genuine happiness. His sincerity made the whole experience special. We left there feeling great, cared for as humans and truly grateful. Thank you, Walton and Staff.
I appreciate how friendly and professional all the staffs are, from security to the field officer I interacted with.
Security was friendly and polite. Wait time was pretty long, 40 minutes after our scheduled time. Staff was also friendly and respectful. For those that need it, two of the hand sanitizer stations were empty and just one up at the check-in desk. It doesn't bother me at all but others might be affected by it.
