The officer was professional and very kind. It's probably the best federal office in the whole country.

People working there are ones of the best you looking for when go thru this process,i had my oath ceremony yesterday and just wanted to give this advice to the future participants at this ceremony,is a once in life moment so after is finished just take you.re time and do how many pictures you want with family inside the ceremony room, don't let emotions and tiredness to take you out of that room very quick, like me and my family did and now feeling awful about it and wishing i was staying there for a few minutes to get more pictures, though it was an unique and amazing experience, thank you U.S!

Ms. STACEY Simmerman was my ice breaker at this office . She was so cheerful and warm-hearted, very professional. She was like please don't be nervous, you will do fine. With this reassurance, I did great. Even wished me a early happy birthday. She was awesome.

I don’t usually take time to write google reviews but this time is worth it ! I had very pleasant experience since I first step in the building .. the security guard at the first floor was super nice and gave me the directions on how to get to my naturalization interview and once I got there the lady who does the checking has the best smile ( I most confess was super nervous ) than the other lady on the desk that I first handle my letter was very patient and nice as well .. my appointment was at 7:15 am and I was there as soon they opened the building .. it took around 30 min passed my time but was so worth it ! once they called my name I received with warm good morning and compliments about my outfit ! By the time I walked to her room I felt so much calm . She has such positive energy and I feel very blessed that mrs . Dotson handled my application and interview.. I felt welcome , safe and blessed ! I wish I could remember everyone’s name that gave me that big smile and positive vibe that morning which meant everything to me on that very important moment . Thank you guys ! Keep up the positive energy !

I had a 1.00pm appointment, I arrived at the office at 12.50 approx. The security officer was very courteous and helpful as was the lady who checked my husband and I in. We only had a few minutes to wait before we were called to a window. The immigration officer was again extremely helpful and courteous. My husband asked if it was normal for the office to be this quiet and we were told that mornings are their busiest time. We were back to our car by 1.12pm. Overall a very positive experience.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
