I give them two stars, because the security guards were the only nice people inside. I came here to translate for my in laws and both times the agents were rude as hell. First time failed us for technicality and got it taken care of second time the agent was just looking for a reason to fail us. First 10 minutes she ket asking about driver license which my in-laws had for over 20 years. So not sure what that was about but even second time failed us because she said i am related to them and not allowed to translate. Every other agent said that was fine and once her supervisor came out he said it’s at agent discretion. Like what the heck. So good luck that’s all I have to say.

We were at this office in November for our citizenship interviews and went there in December for Naturalization. Both the front office and interviewing officers were super nice and made us feel right at home. Overall a great experience. The naturalization ceremony was conducted with grace and speed and we were made to feel very special!

The security guard was very nice helpful but the person who was testing people, was very rude and very bias especially towards race. A lot of Asian people including myself and SIX OTHERS I know who was interviewed by M. Carr have either failed or was refused interrupter. It’s ridiculous. Please have someone else work with people who aren’t racist towards ANY race or at least try not to make it obvious that you do.

Our experience was exceptional, and we found all staff to be very helpful, courteous, and kind. I was pleasantly surprised and happy by how nice everyone was! Don't be afraid to show up here! They are extremely professional and equally kind!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
