I went to do my interview for US citizenship today and I passed I didt remember my officer name but she was nice 😊 everyone there’s so nice Thank you so much ❤️
This is not for public but for USCIS leadership. It would be nice if the staff would look friendly and more welcoming during the US Cotizen ceremony as well as set better examples while the national anthem is played (stand and pay attention vs. doing paperwork initially). Also, I would recommend having the swearing ceremony oath to be shown on the screens so they can follow if they had problem hearing. Additionally, the President Trump's speech be corrected so his words and lips are synchronized...it's slightly off and hope it's not set up intentionally! Thanks!
I had a very positive experience at the USCIS office in Long Island City. The security officers were polite and helpful, and the staff created a calm and respectful atmosphere. My interviewing officer was kind, professional, and made the process feel comfortable. Thank you to the entire USCIS team for your excellent service.
This office is a great example of how a government office should run. They have a clear and efficient system for managing waiting times, which made the process really smooth. My officer quickly understood what I needed, even though I didn’t explain everything in detail. I also had the chance to ask questions, and the officer was happy to help with honest answers. Everyone there has a great attitude and a wonderful work ethic, making my visit truly exceed my expectations.
What the other reviews are saying, they’re not lying. This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had inside a government building. The entire staff is very nice and helpful. For my naturalization interview it was a very nice experience, with my officer who was officer Hilton I think. It was overall very pleasant. The oath ceremony was also very prompt and easy going, happy to go in as a green card holder and leaving as an American, no feeling like it. Just be respectful and you’ll get the same back and don’t be afraid to ask questions especially if you’re confused about anything.
