Pictures are wrong! Not easy to find. I had to drive to the old office, that I remember I have been before, to realize it is closed and I have to drive back. 🤦🏼‍♂️ Took me 30min to find a right place. I missed my interview time slot because of that confusion. 😞 Come 1 hour earlier if you’re not sure! Don’t make my mistake! Attaching a picture of an actual entrance.

Very professional. Fast service. Well organized. A little unusual to see interviews in such large open space. Do not use parking lot right in front if it $6. Walk to the next street and park for $1 an hour. Most appointments do not last even an hour.

Surprisingly nice. Enter through the side of the building and go to the front desk to get logged in and told where to go depending on what your visit is for. Plenty of seating in a well light environment. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Only possible issue, only a pair of bathrooms at the front atrium. Parking across the street is limited and $6 cash all day but there are plenty of parking lots along that street for similar money.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
