It was a nerve racking experience but once I got there, everyone was so friendly, so organized and so helpful, from security to the officer, she was friendly and nice, thank you everyone at the USCIS las vegas office for making this experience great and stressless.
It's always a pleasure to come to USCIS field office to help my clients. The security guards at the entrance are very warm and respectful.
I don't often leave reviews, but me and my wife had very great experience at this office today. Showed up 30 min before the appointment. Security provided all the instructions, super nice and friendly! (Never been treated like this at any x-ray/metal detector at a government building). Easy check in. Bring your appointment letter (copy or original). We were interviewed by Officer Luis. Very stressful in the beginning with itches in my stomach. However, he's vibe was calm and friendly. We quickly were able to calm down and went over the questions! Thank you for not making our lives harder than they are!
I've been here twice for my biometric and interview. People who work in security area they are nice and funny. Their officers are kind and friendly. I was totally nervous for the first time but they made me then felt quite comfortable. Everything went smooth, quick and professional. The only thing you should be aware is you maybe have to wait outside due to limited waiting line space.
They wouldn't let me in with my husband for his biometric appointment. The security guard was quite condescending. So, you don't have to wear a mask. But you won't let spouses in? As petitioner; you would think you'd at least be afforded the ability to go with your spouse to their appointments. But I guess USCIS see you as just a wallet. All that aside; the people inside (according to my husband) were nice, and friendly, they made the appointment go quickly, and ensure that he understood everything; and it went relatively quickly.
