Friendly employees. I read a review about security being rude but I didn’t really experienced that from them (I’m Asian). I think they have new workers or retrained them. Make sure to leave your phone in the car cause it’s not allowed. I went here for a biometrics appointment and it was super quick!

Every single employee was so friendly and kind to me and my husband. They were well organized and informative and we had a great experience! We kept our phones turned off in my purse the entire time and security had no issue with this.

Great experience very fast security guard at the front is nice. Really surprised about how fast it was basically in and out.

Don't forget to leave your mobile phone and other metal stuff inside your car because they won't be allowed inside the premises. The whole biometrics process would just take you about 10-minutes only.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
