The white security guard working on Friday October 24th could use some basic customer service and people skills training. As my family and I were exiting he was very rude and demeaning in his choice of words and tone. Do better and treat people with dignity and respect.

Great location for people whom resides in DFW. It’s a very busy location with parking lot being fully occupied. Please arrive at least 30 to 45 minutes before your appointment time. You might not find parking or it may take 15 to 20 minutes before you can find a parking spot. Only 1 visitor allowed. No Public restroom or Public toilet for visitors here. So use your own discretion. Staff services are great.

Places like this devalue US citizenship. Shame! New building and already dilapidated, missing landscaping, no paved walkways around building. We came with a friend for the oath ceremony- management did not let people of all ages in for over an hour , lined up people on the pile of rocks in the heat. After 1 hour wait they announced that no family of friends are allowed to attend. They decorated a place outside to take pictures - looked like a Halloween graveyard. Lack of planning, lack of care - shame!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
