Direction to their office: it's at Ruth Chris Building. They have a parking lot you have to pay $3 if you stay within 30 mins. (I suggest you just buy a drink somewhere and get verified instead of paying the pay parking). Go to the middle of the plaza and look for the door that says 'Two Waterfront Plaza' then go to the 4th floor. Hope i'm able to help someone bc I had a hard time finding their office. Have a nice day

Why is there no direct phone to contact the office. I have had several complications during the citizenship process and can not contact the office directly. But when they demand something like making an appointment or receiving a payment they can contact me. There needs to be a contact number that directly connects you to the Honolulu office. Not to hard to do. But I checked for an hour on internet and calling other facilities to get number. No help. Thanks.

This is the authorised biometrics and picture center for Canada visa application in Honolulu. I went there last week to get that done. The lady in the front desk was very helpful but she had no clue what I'm talking about. Eventually I had to make an appointment for following week with 'infopass' just to talk to other officials. It was frustrating. Infopass had nothing to do with Canada visa application. This week I went again and as soon as I told the receptionist what i needed, she directed me to the right room. The process took 10 minutes to complete. I waa happy but at the same time I regret that I lost one week just because the front desk person last week was not knowledgeable about the services provided.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
