From the moment I walked in, Maria at the front desk greeted me warmly and efficiently guided me through the process. Her professionalism and kindness set the tone for the rest of my visit. Officer Elisabeth was outstanding - knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. She reviewed my application carefully and answered all my questions clearly. Her expertise and dedication to her work were evident throughout our interaction. I want to extend my sincerest gratitude to Maria and Officer Elisabeth for making this experience so smooth and pleasant. Our experience at the Hialeah USCIS office was very positive overall. We had a very kind and professional officer who made the process feel welcoming and respectful. The atmosphere was calm and organized, which helped ease any nerves. Just be prepared for a wait - we were there for nearly 3 hours before being called. Other than that, everything went smoothly and we’re grateful for the helpful staff.
Local USCIS office, very professional and well organized. Make sure you arrive with ALL documents and requirements for your appointment. They start early, at 7 am and there is already a short line, however do not arrive much prior to your appointment time, because you will have to wait until it is your turn. If not absolutely necessary, do not bring small children.
