⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a very positive experience at the USCIS office. The staff was professional, respectful, and helpful throughout my visits. They treated me with courtesy and made the process clear and organized. I truly appreciate their professionalism and dedication to helping applicants.

My husband and I had his citizenship test and interview and had a professional, kind and welcoming experience. Our interviewer Mr. Washington was kind and very thorough. While our appointment was running a little behind, all went well and we appreciated how courteous the staff was. Looking forward to our upcoming swearing in ceremony!

I was genuinely surprised by how nervous I felt — probably due to the long wait (about an hour) — but when the officer called my name, I completely froze. On top of that, after watching some intense videos on YouTube that portrayed the interview as strict and intimidating, I was mentally preparing for a stressful interrogation. However, Officer Washington immediately sensed my anxiety, made a genuine connection with me, and put me at ease. He was incredibly professional, kind, and reassuring throughout the process. His calm and respectful demeanor turned what I feared would be a painful experience into something smooth and even uplifting. I want to sincerely thank Mr. Washington — you are not only a true professional but also a person with a big heart. You deserve a 15 out of 10!

I had my citizenship interview yesterday and it was a very positive experience. I arrived 30 minutes early and was greeted kindly by the staff. Security was quick and I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time. The interview itself was very short—no more than 15 minutes—and went so smoothly that I didn’t even realize it was over! I was lucky to have Mr. Washington as my officer. He was incredibly kind and made the environment feel calm and comfortable. Thank you to this USCIS office for such a great experience! One small note: the interview room door wasn’t closed, so it was a little noisy. Update: today we had our Oath of Allegiance. Everything was organized perfectly!!! The best workers work here!

If you were wondering if you could take your baby with you to the naturalization interview, the answer is "yes" for this location. I had to take my 11 months old baby to my interview and we were welcomed by everyone since we stepped into the building. She was strapped in her stroller and the security guards scanned it thoroughly at the security but they are so friendly with us. I also saw the spouses of the interviewees sitting in the lobby while the interview was taking place. Sam was the officer interviewed me and she was so nice to both me and my daughter. The interview/test ended in less than 15 minutes and I enjoyed my experience. This location have two ceremonies every day: one at noon and the other at 3pm, so people transferred to this location like me don't have to make another trip for the ceremony. So I had everything done on the same day. At the ceremony the senior officer is also very friendly, he tried to answer our questions and had a great sense of humor but everyone remained silent most of the time. I guess we just wanted to get out of there ASAP so we don't have to see him ever again, or we were just not so used to seeing an immigration officer joking around....LOL. The whole ceremony took less than 30 minutes, and I appreciate everything they did. The officer holding the ceremony said he'd appreciate a google review for this location, that's part of the reason I wrote this review. Too bad I forgot his name, but I'll post a picture of him so you know which one I was talking about. He's nice by the way. Update: the passport application form they put in my package was an expired form issued in 2020, while I was told by the clerk today that they only accept the new form which was issued in 2022. Make sure you get the right form (which is available in the court clerk’s office) so you don’t have to refill the form like I did today.
