Everyone in the office is super helpful! The security officers are polite, and the agent who we met with was kind and professional. Definitely made an otherwise stressful day a better experience.

Best USCIS center ever. went in for biometrics after a 250 mile journey from home. USCIS appointments were never fun and always stressful. But its different here. very kind and welcoming staffs from security checks to personnel who did the biometrics for us. This sweet lady who helped us with biometrics was so thoughtful and helped to accommodate two appointments at once between me and my spouse. A 2 hour appointment turned out to be a 10 min job for us. Love this center. Great work guys.

I seriously love this location! I’m normally very nervous prior to every appointment but once I come in and am kindly greeted I become relieved. They are very helpful, kind, and caring at this location. Recommend it to everyone!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
