The interview visit was a bit confusing. I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before realizing I had to sit in the chairs in front of the window to be helped. The guy at the window even saw me walk in but made no effort to say anything. No numbers or calling by appointment/names; which was a bit frustrating since the sign says do not walk up to the window & I was just waiting there, but glad I saw others just as confused. Maybe it was just that day :) Anyway, interview officer Alba was AMAZING! So personable and kind. I was in/out of her office in 15 min or so. Ceremony was also great 11/24. The officers were professional and orderly. I was pleasantly surprised that family was allowed in. Everything flowed; you could tell Officer Carmen & (sorry forgot the others name) really wanted you and your family to celebrate this once in a lifetime moment in a special way so much so that they ensured no one would interrupt it and encourage family to get up and record! Overall, great experience! Thank you! Proud to be an American! 🇺🇸

11/17/2025 Llewellyn Gaspard, Vanessa Mrs Shirley Officer’s Shirley is a professional and friendly immigration officer. She is calm, patient, and took her time to answer all of my questions. At first, I was nervous and scared, but she helped me feel calm and comfortable. I truly appreciated that moment. The most important thing she did for me was give me guidance even when my case was supposed to be denied. She explained what I needed to do. After I went home, she called me back and told me that she had spoken with her supervisor and that they could continue my process. That call was unforgettable. I am deeply grateful for Officer Shirley and her supervisor. I will never forget her in my life. Thank you so much. God bless Officer Shirley, her supervisor, and God bless America.

My case was submitted on June 28, 2024, and since then I have been waiting with so much hope to become a U.S. citizen. Unfortunately, my first interview scheduled for May 27 was canceled, and then my second interview, set for June 4, was also canceled—just six days before the date. I was even called directly by the USCIS office because the cancellation letter would not arrive in time. This journey means so much to me. I have studied, prepared, and followed every step with patience and respect for this country. Receiving these last-minute cancellations is not only discouraging but deeply heartbreaking. It makes me feel forgotten by a system I trust and respect. I hope this review reaches someone who can understand how these decisions affect real people’s lives. I kindly ask USCIS to improve communication and scheduling so that applicants like me, who have been waiting with honesty and dedication, do not continue to suffer such disappointments.
