I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the USCIS Oakland Park Field Office for the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated throughout my visit. I wish to specifically acknowledge Officer Ramos for his integrity, fairness, and measured judgment, as well as Officer Gomez for his thoroughness, attention to detail, and commitment to carefully reviewing my case. I am grateful to the entire office for the respectful, efficient, and appropriate manner in which my case was addressed. Thank you all.

I would like to express my family’s gratitude for the Oakland Park Immigration Office. The staff there is wonderful, incredibly kind, and very professional. They guided us through the entire naturalization process with utmost professionalism and genuine kindness, and we are truly delighted with how the entire process was handled.

Our immigration interview on August 7 with Officer Stewart was an absolute pleasure. He treated us with great respect, showed remarkable patience with our 5-month-old baby, and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. It’s rare to meet someone who makes such an important day feel calm and reassuring, but Officer Stewart did exactly that. From the moment we arrived, every staff member — from security to reception — greeted us warmly and treated us with courtesy. Their friendliness and professionalism turned what could have been a stressful experience into a truly positive one. We are deeply grateful.
