This place is designated for visa processing and biometric appointments, making it an important location for applicants who are completing official documentation and identity verification procedures. The environment is well-maintained, clean, and hygienic, which adds to the overall comfort and ease of the visitors. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as the floors, seating areas, and common spaces are regularly maintained, creating a pleasant and professional atmosphere. One of the most convenient aspects of this place is the availability of restrooms. The washrooms are clean, properly stocked, and easily accessible, which is especially helpful for individuals who may have to wait for their appointment slot. This thoughtful facility management contributes to a stress-free experience, particularly for elderly visitors or those accompanied by family members. Additionally, the location benefits from minimal traffic congestion. The surrounding area is relatively calm, making it easy to reach the venue without unnecessary delays or stress. The lack of heavy traffic also reduces noise and contributes to a quieter, more organized environment. This is especially beneficial for people who arrive early or need to focus on their appointment process without distractions. Overall, this place offers a smooth and comfortable experience for visa and biometrics appointments, combining cleanliness, essential facilities, and convenient accessibility.
My wife and I attended the interview for Marriage Green Card here, and I can say that everyone in this office was very nice, smiling at all times and being very personable. Interview was very fair and we got the results within 24 hours. We had only positive experience in this office :)
I had my Naturalization Interview at this field office on 14th October 2025. My initial interview for sept was cancelled and rescheduled within a month of cancellation. I was nervous that they’d cancel my second interview on the drive there (3.5 hours) away from my home but they did not! I arrived a half an hour before my interview and went past security. You’ll have to remove your shoes and belt so be prepared for that. I then proceeded to a window that was a few footsteps away to be checked in. I handed a nice lady behind the window my ID and interview letter- she gave me a ticket and instructed me to use the elevator and go up to the 2nd floor. The entire check in process took about 10 mins (there were a few people in front of me) I got upstairs and waited for about 20 mins and my officer (Mr kavenagh) came out and pointed at me asking me to come with him to his office. He instructed me to rest my purse and folder on the chair next to me and swore me in. The interview lasted for about 20 mins and he informed me that he was going to recommend me for approval. He also handed me my test results and I was offered to do a same day oath. I was approved at 10:57 am and my Oath ceremony was at 11:00 am 🎉. The officer that did our oath ceremony was very nice (I wish I remembered her name but I do remember that she was from Brooklyn) the ceremony was quick but very meaningful. We were invited to take photos after the oath ceremony. Even security gave me a high 5 before I left. I cannot stress enough on what a pleasant experience I had at this field office. Thank you Raleigh for being the sweet end to my immigration journey. I left the building with a smile plastered on my face 🇺🇸
My wife and I attended our Citizenship interviews on Sept 3rd by driving up to RTP from our home in Brunswick county NC on the previous day. On the way into town she received a call to say her interview had been rescheduled and pushed out 3 weeks. Despite this we continued our journey and I duly attended my interview on Sept 3rd. The officer who conducted my interview was extremely receptive and helpful when I told him my wife's interview had been rescheduled. Once my interview had completed successfully he scheduled me for my ceremony at 2pm. At the same time he said he would check on my wife's case to see what caused the reschedule to occur. While we were waiting for my ceremony he approached my wife and asked her to meet by the interview area door. He then proceeded to perform my wife's interview while I attended my ceremony. Upon completion I found out that she had successfully completed her interview and was now able to attend her ceremony at 3pm. We gave our thanks to the officer as he went out of his way to accommodate her interview despite the reschedule. This was very much appreciated and we did not have to make another round trip of almost 350 miles with an overnight stay. Thank you, thank you, thank you again! Excellent service indeed!
I’m really grateful… 💕my citizenship process only took 4 months from the time I applied until the day of my ceremony. I had my ceremony in Southport and it was amazing! I just recommend wearing something more casual because the event is held outside, and the weather might be a little uncomfortable for some people. 10/10!
