I would like to take a moment to sincerely commend Officer MC Rose at the USCIS office (Room 17) for an outstanding and genuinely positive experience. From start to finish, Officer Rose demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, patience, and integrity. She is someone who is clearly very knowledgeable and assertive, yet equally compassionate and understanding. She knows when to be serious and firm, which instills confidence and trust in the process, but she also has a calm and respectful manner that immediately puts you at ease. That balance is not easy to achieve, and she handles it exceptionally well. Having visited USCIS and other government offices multiple times in the past, I can confidently say that Officer MC Rose stands out as one of the best officers I have encountered to date. She treats people with dignity, listens attentively, and carries herself with a level of professionalism that reflects extremely well on USCIS as a whole. It is clear that she truly cares about doing her job the right way and helping people through what can often be a stressful experience. Officers like her make a real difference, and I genuinely hope her dedication, hard work, and positive impact are recognized by her leadership. I wish Officer MC Rose nothing but continued success, and I hope she is given every opportunity to grow and advance, because she is truly an asset to USCIS. Thank you for the excellent service and for setting such a high standard.

My experience in this office was amazing! I was so nervous but officer Alek R. Was easy going and very patient. He conducted the interview for my citizenship application and everything went smoothly. Although there was a minor misunderstanding initially, he consulted his supervisor, and the process ultimately resulted in the best possible outcome. If you get to have your interview with officer Alek R. Then you have been blessed.

My interview experience with officer Correa was very positive, largely because of his professionalism and demeanor. He was extremely polite, kind, and supportive throughout the process, which helped make the interview smooth and comfortable. His respectful and courteous approach truly made a difference, and I am grateful for the way he conducted the interview. Thank you again if you are reading this.

Officer Runtevski – 100/10 experience! My case had been lost in the system for almost three years, and Officer Runtevski was truly the best thing that could have happened to us. He handled our interview and went through every detail carefully. I was a little nervous at first because you never know who will be on the other side of that interview, but he immediately made both my husband and me feel comfortable and respected. He was extremely professional, quick, efficient, and so organized he had everything on track and explained each step clearly. He’s also very kind and understanding, and genuinely works with you if there’s anything extra you need to complete. After three years, my medical exam had expired, and I didn’t even realize it. He kindly sent me home to redo it, and I was worried my case would get lost again, but he stayed in touch, kept me updated, and made sure it didn’t happen this time. Honestly, having Officer Runtevski as my interviewer was one of the best parts of this long process. I can’t thank him enough super professional, friendly, and reliable. Highly recommend him! 100/10 experience.
