The first thing you see when you walk in is security! They were extremely friendly, kind and approachable. They even helped me with finding my room number. The officers have been respectful, kind yet remained very professional. They treat you with respect and dignity and make you feel human! I am very grateful that I was able to have this experience with such kind people.

So, I'd actually like to thank this facility for being quick and efficient with my Greencard process. Originally I come from England, and my K1 visa application took over 18 months for the USCIS, NVC and the US embassy in London to approve due to covid and all the other things going on for the past few years. During that process it was complex, difficult, and nothing was very clear. I'd have given everyone involved in that process a 1 star in all honesty. With the grace of god we managed to do everything perfectly when we had no help at all. But my wait for my Greencard has been a lot easier. The biometrics appointment at this building took around 5 minutes to do, and now it's all been approved 2 months later. I am extremely happy that they were quick in processing everything, and overall they did a very good job. They are likely one of the best USCIS offices in the country.

It took like 10 mins for everything get done, the place was quiet peaceful and the lady in front desk reception was kind and nice but the old man who was collecting fingerprints and taking photo was not kind enough

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
