My case has been pending for several months since the interview, and I have not received any updates. The lack of communication has been concerning and has made the process unclear. I would appreciate more timely and transparent updates going forward.

The staff here are all very professional. I had a really great experience working with Officer Garcia on my case. These things are often stressful but he made it about as easy as you could ask for. He was thorough and well prepared

I recently completed my naturalization process at the Denver Field Office and was so impressed with their efficiency, professionalism, kindness, and personable approach. My interview with the Denver officer was amazing—he was incredibly kind, caring, and made me feel welcome and at ease. At the ceremony, the field director was equally wonderful and took the time to pronounce everyone’s names accurately, which was so thoughtful and meaningful. I would highly recommend the Denver Field Office for any of your immigration needs.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the officer. Although I forgot his name, he truly embodied what it means to be an American officer. My appointment was in May 2022; it was the best experience I have had in the United States. He was truly the best of the best and changed my attitude for the better. His smile, respect, and kindness made a lasting impression on me. Being friendly and respectful is priceless. Thank you, Officer! 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My wife completed her naturalization process yesterday. The Denver office was very responsive throughout the process and our experience yesterday with Officer Clayton was exceptional. He was friendly and informative which made us both feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you!!

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
