I have been here a few times and always had a good experience and friendly staff
I definitely got to congratulate the field office in Buffalo NY from the very polite security guards at the front counter and the folks that assist you with Bio and the others who was able to at least try to give information on a question For my beautiful gorgeous 😍 wife Not myself being I am a Proud American citizen And I must give A 10 out of 10 To the Folks at the Buffalo NY location And people just got to understand that they are only doing what they can in the current situation in the USA 🇺🇸 And God bless the USA 🇺🇸
Very friendly security officers. Security officer Hunk is very friendly and helpful. Because of their professionalism- line was short and we did it within 5-10 min. The young lady who did biometrics is polite and professional.
WATCH OUT! the officer in the front was extremely rude! He was giving me instructions with a very dry attitude and no eye contact. I asked him to repeat because I couldn't understand a word, he became even extra angry, and started repeating in a very mean way to make me feel stupid. The officer behind him smiled at me and tried to help me with sign language (as if he was scared of the other mean officer). I made it inside for my biometrics, and complained. The sweet lady said it is not okay what he did, and they received a lot of complaints about him, but it is not her job and she can't do anything about it. I hope you take precautions when you are in there! HE IS A MISERABLE EMPLOYEE, or hates immigrants.
I had an overall positive experience at the Buffalo Office yesterday: the personnel was friendly, competent and they processed me through the system efficiently. I was twenty minutes early for a biometrics appointment in the afternoon and was all set and done not ten minutes later. With all the negatives reviews here I left pleasantly surprised: way to go, Buffalo Office!
