Their AI chatbot is incapable of answering questions and will not connect you to an agent. You need to go to the physical office to speak with someone.

I was nervous entering the building for the first time but she was so nice and accommodating.

Green Card Interview. Waited over an hour to start the interview and another 30 minutes in between while officer was printing/ reviewing some paperwork. Not many questions asked, the officer was unfamiliar with our case. Why would we be called in for an interview if the officer doesn’t know the information needed to ask questions? Very surprised of this outcome, we were expecting a different experience. Other than that the security personnel at the entrance and at the check in was quick and polite.

Went for my Biometrics, and they’re very very helpful and nice especially to Leizel. I was nervous entering the building for the first time but she was so nice and accommodating. It was a quick visit. Thank you for the smile and a Great customer service❤️

The staff were wonderful! I had a biometric appointment today and I have orders to move to South Korea for the army. They helped doing the interview and the ceremony in the SAME DAY. I walked out of the office with my naturalization certificate. So so grateful.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
