How come the security guards are always sleeping on the job and how come it's so hard to get someone that is happy at this place everyone so grumpy and very poor at helping me with my situation is there anyone that could help me with my situation instead of not helping me I have showed up to this place 3 times and told me they can't help me I don't have an appointment

The automated answering service needs to be revisited. It gives basically two options and if you don't want those two things it keeps repeating it then hangs up. The website doesn't allow you to send scripted messages either so contacting them is futile. I am stuck and literally have no clue how to proceed

Entry Security, check in desk, and interviewing officer all very polite and professional in February 2024.

Terrible; been calling for three days requesting informaton about the swearing in ceremony on July 08th. The answering machine keeps hanging up on me.

Excellent experience, citizenship interview was during covid times, conducted via ipad at the center. They will only admit you 15 minutes prior to appointment as stated in the letter. Was in and out in under 45 minutes, officer was extremely nice and courteous. Sworn in at the same time during the interview.

What to Expect at Your Appointment

USCIS field offices handle in-person appointments including green card interviews, naturalization interviews and oath ceremonies, and requests for evidence. Here's what to know:

Arrive at least 30 minutes early. Bring your appointment notice (Form I-797C) and a valid government-issued photo ID.
You'll go through security screening at the entrance — metal detectors and bag checks. Leave prohibited items in your car.
Cell phones are permitted but must remain on silent throughout your visit.
Wait times vary from 10 minutes to over an hour. Bring water and something to read.
Bring all original documents referenced in your application — the officer may ask to review them.
