Immigration Attorney
Immigration is very personal to me.
It is a major part of my family’s history. My parents were born in (former) Czechoslovakia, but at a young age they were drawn to the freedoms of the West, away from Soviet communist oppression. They migrated through western Europe, eventually arriving in Canada, where I was born. My family eventually came to the United States, where we had a lifetime of personal experience with various visas, including the L-1, F-1, TN, E-2, and EB-2 visas, and eventually permanent residence.
My personal experiences have gvien me a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the U.S. immigration process.
David employs his business background to assist global businesses of all sizes with all aspects of expansion to the United States, including visas for executives and employees, and assists foreign investors.
